Spring & Fall Family Weekend Camps
These weekend family programs have become a popular tradition at Camp Warwa and we are excited to join you and your family for a memorable weekend outdoors. Spring Family Camp will be held on May 19-20, and Fall Family Camp will be September 14-15.
Families can either stay in their own cabin or can bring and stay in their own tent(s)/camper. All your meals and snacks are provided. There will be a wide range of programs to choose from including archery, rock climbing, canoeing, bushcraft and more! Parents can join in with their kids, or let them adventure with our counselors while you enjoy some warm coffee or tea. The entire family is welcome, including pre-school aged children.
The program starts at 10:00am Saturday morning, and the camp concludes at 1:30pm on Sunday.
All inclusive registration for the weekend cabin package is $95 for a camper in grades K-12 and $65 for adults. If you are bringing your own tents or camper, that package is $65 per camper and $45 per adult. Preschool aged children are always free. Note that in both the cabin and tent option we are still providing all your food and programs, the only difference is the type of accommodation.
Families will have a lot of choice as to how they spend their time. There will be many scheduled programs available that they can choose to participate in either as a family, or as individuals. Parents are welcome to participate in the programs with their campers, or leave their school aged campers under the supervision of our instructors.
The cabin accommodations are bunkhouses heated with power, with full service bathrooms. Each family will be booked into their own bunkhouse cabin, and will not have to share with another family unless they wish to. Families who choose the tent option will have a nice grassy spot by the lake for their tents or camper, and will have access to our full service washhouse. Note that we cannot provide electrical or water hook ups.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We are open year round, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. If we are away from our desks, just leave a message and we will get back to you right away.
