Fall Day Camps
Grades 1-9 (Grade they are currently in for the 2025/2026 school year). Please see below for more program information.
Program Dates:
- Week 1 October 6th-10th, 2025 PROGRAM REGISTRATION CLOSED
- Week 2 October 14th-17th, 2025
In response to requests from our current Camp Warwa families, we will be offering Fall Day Camps in the event that schools are not running.
We recognize the challenges this situation may bring for families and are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children. Normally, Camp Warwa is hosting field trips for schools in the fall, with around 100 students on site every day. We hope that schools will be able to remain open so that we can continue to host the trips that their students look forward to. If schools are not able to join us for their usual visits, we will be running these day camps to ensure we are able to offset the loss of our school bookings, keep our staff working, and support our camper families.
Fees:
Families pay a $10 deposit to hold their campers spot. Full payment will not be processed until the day camp starts.
- Week 2: $245
- Week 2: $80 Round-Trip Edmonton Bussing
- Week 2: $50Round-Trip Spruce Grove Bussing
Please note that registration is for the whole week and that single-day bookings are not available.
In the event that the day camp program does not run, the $10 deposits will be turned into donations towards sending children in need to camp next summer through our Friendship Fund camper subsidy program.
Cancellation Policy – Fall Day Camps
- Cancellations received prior to the program start date will be eligible for a full refund, less a non-refundable $10 deposit.
