• All supporters are recognized on the Camp website, in social media, the annual report, newsletters, with an annual gift & thank you and are invited to Camp events.  Specific donation levels are recognized in specific ways around the camp, as laid out in the following information.
• Buildings are named after nominees from the Circle of Honor or have been named in the history of the camp.  Rooms or Program Areas can be named after donors at the discretion of nominations by the Sustainable Development Committee in consultation with the donor,  to be approved by the Board.

Recognition Specifics

Circle of Honour Sign & Plaques 

Located in our dining hall the recipients receive a plaque with their name, picture, and a short biography about their relationship to the Camp.  They will also be recognized on the Camp Website.

Builders of Memories

Located in our Dining Hall the levels of recognition are explained on a central sign, designed in a circle to reflect our Camp Values.

Founder – Major Program Area Naming Signs

Following the standard for our building signs, a metal sign for the area, accompanied by a metal plaque nearby explaining the donor and their relationship to Camp.  A cheque presentation picture displayed on our social media platforms and in our newsletter, with a profile about what was funded a bit about you or your organization.  We will give you a plaque to display at your home or business.  A donor profile in our annual featured donors page on our website.

Leader – Room Naming Sign / or Small Program Area Sign

Leaders can designate either a small Sign mounted outside each room in one of our lodges with the supporter’s name & a few sentences from them, or having a small program area named for them. A cheque presentation picture displayed on our social media platforms and in our newsletter.  

Champion – Wood Recognition Tile

A 2”x4” birch wooden tile mounted in the Dining Hall with a supporter’s name & a short message.
