Booking Procedure

We are now taking bookings for Spring 2026!

Step 1 – Contact Us

Fill out the form below.    Our Community Relations Manager, Karina, will be in touch with you right away to start planning your visit. If you do not hear back from us in 48 hours, please email us at info@campwarwa.org.

Step 2 – Confirmations and payment

You will receive a booking confirmation email that will outline the next steps you will need to take.

On February 1st, your group’s numbers lock in, and your Fee Floor (minimum participant charge) is set. Your Fee Floor will be equal to 90% of your group’s numbers. 

You can modify your group numbers any time up to February 1st, and your Fee Floor will be adjusted to 90% of the updated numbers.  

For example, if your numbers were 60 participants as of Feb 1st, your numbers would lock in at 60, and your Fee Floor would be set to 54 participants (60 x 90% = 54)

Step 3 – Planning

Now the fun begins!  After we book you in, you will work directly with our leadership team to coordinate and manage your visit.  We are available year-round, full-time, and are always available to answer your questions and work on the details of your stay.  We will send you a Visit Worksheet to fill out that gives us general information about your group, goals, logistics, and preferred programs.  We will then take that information and create a schedule for your visit for you to review and approve.

Step 4 – Arrival

Once all the planning is done, there is nothing to do but come out and have a great time.  When you arrive, you will meet all the staff working with your group.

Booking In Advance

We can take bookings anytime, up to 2 years in advance.  Please book early, as we generally are full a year ahead. Spring 2026 is mostly full!
