Dates and Availability

Registration will open at noon on Sunday, January 12, 2025

The chart below lists all the programs we offer each week of the summer.  The chart lists how many individual spaces remain in each program or if the program is full. Only some programs are available each week.  If a program is greyed out, it is unavailable that week.

This chart is beneficial for families who register multiple campers in different programs. It identifies which sessions have the specific programs your campers may be looking for.

The Day Camp program is for All Genders each week.

When you see programs designated as ‘Section A’ and ‘Section B,’ that notes that we are offering the program twice that week.  If you and your friends want to register campers in the same group for those programs, ensure that you enroll them all in the A or B options.  Both programs are identical.

Adventurer programs contain options for camp groups containing All Males, All Females, Co-Ed (4 male & 4 female spots), and All Gender (8 campers of any/all genders in any combination).

While this chart is updated daily, registrations received through our online system fill spaces in real-time.  This means there can be a slight lag between this chart and the actual registration tally.

If there is any discrepancy between this chart and the online system, the online system is correct.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will receive a full refund if they notify Camp Warwa before May 1st, 2025. Cancellations made after May 1st will receive a partial refund less our cancellation fee of $250 for Overnight Camps, or $100 for Day Camps.

Cancellations for medical reasons, including injury and illness, will receive full camp credit to use for future family/summer camp programs. Families wishing to change their week or program can do so at any time without penalty, as long as there is space in the new session. If a camper is required to leave camp due to injury or illness, a prorated refund will be issued based on the time they were able to spend at camp.

If a camper is required to leave camp for behavioural reasons, the family will receive a prorated refund based on the camper’s time at camp—less the $250 cancellation fee.
